Sports and Physical Development Program for Children in Taloqan

As part of its ongoing commitment to the holistic development of orphan and vulnerable children, Tuba Nest continues to integrate modern education, religious education, and physical fitness training into its care programs.

Physical development is a key pillar in building healthy, confident, and strong future generations. In this regard, Tuba Nest recently organized a sports and recreational activity program for children at the mini stadium in Taleqan city.

Football Activities and Internal Tournament

During the event, the children actively participated in football matches and other recreational sports activities, designed to promote:

• Physical fitness and stamina
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Discipline and sportsmanship
• Confidence and emotional well-being

An internal football tournament was held among the children, where they enjoyed friendly competition in a positive and supportive environment.

Special Outing and Afghan Traditional Dessert

After the football activities, the children were taken on a special outing to a local restaurant.

As part of this experience, they were treated to a traditional Afghan dessert known as Shir Yakh (Afghan ice cream) . The children were very happy and enjoyed this refreshing and joyful moment, which added extra excitement to their day after the sports activities.

Within less than two months, noticeable progress has been observed in:
